The Neptune-Trident establishment is committed to this path. A special commission was created in May 2022, in order to reflect on subjects such as environmental protection, a more respectful social life within the company, and a strong anchorage at the macro-economic level.
Our immediate plan is not to be labeled at first, but to perpetuate these actions throughout the life of this establishment!

This label is a quality initiative piloted by the Occitania region.
It gathers the tourism operators of the region and allows to optimize the quality of the services and to make them radiate at the national level.
A set of specifications and a reference system are imposed on the labeled operators, allowing them to achieve a quality of service, as well as to highlight the internal work, invisible to customers.
This label allows us to federate our teams around a common objective which is to welcome our customers in the best possible way through training, seminars, but also procedures.
A meticulous follow-up is carried out before, during, but especially after the labeling.
